as a beginner and newcomer, a lot of improvement has already been made, as the instructors teach and explain the steps/instructions well. a slight strength forms in your skills and it just builds up confidence. i recommend a 5/5❤️ they are also very kind and welcoming :)

I have found it great for the kid's fitness and confidence. The instructors are friendly and enthusiastic.It's moved to Armadale Arena

I've been training with Jess for about 10 months and my fitness has just gone from strength to strength. She works with you to ensure you get the most effective workout for your own body and you are completely at ease as the team you train with are welcoming, close knit and so supportive! Love my altitude family <3
